PERSONALITY Personality: primrose is a woman of mystique. upon first glance, to those that do not know her, she is believed to have a calm demeanor. when silent she is said to radiate a energy of eloquence and dignity, serving as a great example of what it means to uphold a powerful image in honor of the world government. with the aptitude to lead an elite squadron, many will find that she is more than just a pretty face. she's intelligent when it comes to serving on the frontlines. she has little heart or any sort of care for the enemies that sail upon the same sea as her allies, but she upholds a high respect for those that challenge the world government. she respects those who're strong. be they pirate or marine, but has a strong opinion and respect for the brave that believe they can defy the world government. primrose has a way of inspiring those around her, she builds trust among others very easily. if she has a disdain for someone, she can easily hide it due to having an image to uphold. primrose has a playful side to her that has been seen by many. the scarlet marine, when in pursuit of a bounty, finds thrill in the hunt. primrose doesn't take kindly to those who lack bounty and find them to be nothing noteworthy of her time. though, if one is capable of showcasing potential to rise to the top, she'll keep an eye on them. after all, even a pirate that becomes a world-class threat started small. primrose, outside of combat, does not have a positive opinion of the pirates. she was, herself, a victim of them after all. primrose, taken in by a marine official, was saved by a strong woman who she, till this day, looks up to. it was because of that woman that primrose overconfident within herself, but does her best to not underestimate those she deems weak. though, to primrose, all men before her are weak in comparison to her former teacher and adoptive parent. she's a prideful who doesn't exactly take joy in accepting the help of those opposite of her gender, but she's never against it when it's dire. she's no fool.
